OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2013 in Les Mazures, in the heart of the industrial Ardennes region, Concept Iton was born from a simple idea: to put hands-on skills back at the heart of production.
Drawing on our local metalworking heritage and expertise gained in the field, we have chosen to fully integrate all aspects of our know-how, from tool design to finished parts.

Today, 22 people work at the company: blacksmiths, machinists, technicians, designers and quality controllers.
A close-knit and committed team in which every business line contributes to the end result.

OUR RAISON D’ÊTRE

This raison d’être guides all our technical, human and industrial decisions. It governs our way of working and our interactions with each other.

TECHNICAL PARTS FOR DEMANDING SECTORS

We produce parts weighing between 500g and 20kg, in stainless steel and superalloys (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, etc.), for, among others:

  • industrial and food-grade plumbing
  • pharmaceuticals and oxygen therapy
  • chemicals
  • shipbuilding
  • pressurised applications (PED approval)

Our customers are based in France, Luxembourg and Germany, and turn to us for our technical expertise, our reliability and our ability to adapt our processes to their needs.

INNOVATION, ADAPTATION AND SUPPORT

We start every project by listening to and understanding the customer’s needs.
Our design office develops the required tools and suggests potential areas for optimisation: reducing the materials used, simplifying processes, changing a mechanically welded part into a forged part, etc.

We use our expertise to improve our customers’ industrial performance.

A SMALL-SIZED
à COMPANY

At Concept Iton, passing on know-how is key to the business.

We regularly train apprentices and welcome young people on work-study programmes to prepare the next generation of technicians.

Saving energy, respecting the materials, mastery of hands-on skills: these are the values shared by the team.
